4-5 medium sized potatoes, cut in chunks
2 c water to cook potatoes
1 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Raginmunds Vintage whole-seed mustard
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed salt & pepper to taste
Pre-cook the cut up potatoes, either by
boiling on the stovetop or in the microwave.
Careful not to cook fully or they will fall apart when
you fry them.
Drain well.
Heat oil in fry pan, add potatoes and cover, stirring
occasionally until browned on most sides.
Clear an area of the pan to add the Ketchup,
crushed garlic, mustard, and salt/pepper.
Stir these ingredients together well before
stirring into the potatoes. Fry and stir for
5 more minutes on med-low heat.
Serve and enjoy!
