2 Lb Potatoes - thinly sliced or grated
1/2 Lb grated cheddar cheese
1/2 Lb bacon or ham (cook until fat dissolves, then drain)
2 Tbsp Raginmund Vintage Whole-seed Mustard
1 1/2 c.milk
1/2 c. flour
1 large onion chopped or 1 cup chopped green onion
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped parsley
In greased casserole dish layer ingredients as follows:
1/3 of the Potatoes
1/3 of the cheese
1/3 of the bacon or ham
1/3 of the onions
1/3 of the chopped parsley
Repeat layering remaining ingredients.
Mix milk , flour & mustard , add salt & pepper to taste
and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1- 1/2 hrs (until potatoes are tender)
