Step 1
8-10 fresh mushrooms
sliced thin
2 Tbsp canola oil
Fry mushrooms in oil
Add salt & pepper to taste
Step 2
Add 1 oz sweet red
wine, like sherry
Cook until wine cooks
out
Step 3
Add 2 Tbsp cream of
mushroom soup
2 Tbsp heavy cream
2 Tbsp Raginmund's Hot English
Vintage whole-seed or Dusseldorf
Mustard
1 clove finely chopped
garlic(optional)
Simmer 5-10
minutes.
Do not allow sauce to boil
as the cream will curdle.
Thin to desired consistancy with milk.
