Step 1
Prepare dressing as
follows:
2 Tbsp Raginmund's
Vintage whole-seed mustard
3-4 cloves
garlic, finely chopped (to your taste)

Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp balsamic or black
vinegar
6 Tbsp canola oil
salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients
well, set aside for 15 minutes
for flavours
to blend.
Step 2
Chop 5-6 medium
fresh tomatoes
or used canned tomatoes if
you wish. Put in a bowl.
Step 3
Pour dressing over
tomatoes, garnish with your favourite
fresh
herbs. This dressing is great for toss salads also.
